Kirk-Rudy 837A Divert Module

Use the Kirk-Rudy 837A Divert addressing equipment whenever individual pieces need to be removed from a continuous flow of product on a Kirk-Rudy inkjet base. Control the equipment with an inkjet, Kirk-Rudy 895 pattern vision system, camera or barcode reader.

Operating Features

• Mounts onto any Kirk-Rudy 215 or 219 style transport, and can be added in the field
• Divert mechanism operated by an electric solenoid or compressed air cylinder
• Product diverted into a catch tray that mounts onto the end of the cabinet
• Picture shows the divert assembly mounted onto the end of a Kirk-Rudy 215 IJ base
• Product flow is left to right
• Belts on the divert assembly are driven by the out feed roller on the Kirk-Rudy 215 or Kirk-Rudy 219 transport.
• Divert system works best with thin, flexible product; inflexible material may not divert properly
