Baumfolder offers a choice of independent, affordable and robust sheet feeder machines to meet multiple production applications in varied environments:
- The BAUM 20 IPF is an independent pile feeder with a generous 25” pile height, precision register table, and a complete state-of-the-art control system for sheet feeding, monitoring and more. It also includes heavy-duty locking casters and leveling pads to keep the machine in place.
- The BAUM 20 IPFSS has all the features of the Baum 20 IPF, plus a “Sheet Staging” feature, which allows a sheet to be fed onto the register table and “staged” until a signal from the machine being fed tells the feeder to send the sheet. This provides precision timing for printing engines, die cutters and other applications.
- The BAUM 20 ICF is a continuous feeder that provides the capability for non-stop continuous feeding of sheets onto another device. The operator loads the upper feed table by shingling the sheets. Shingle sheets are transported around the rear drum on the Baum 20 ICF and then to the lower feed table to be fed by the vacuum wheel. The Baum 20 ICF also includes a precision register table. This machine is installed in a fixed position due to its larger size.
- The BAUM precision register table includes macro and micro adjustment of the side guide. The paper support fins are extremely narrow and are made of stainless steel to prevent marking.
